Tower Unite is a social MMORPG that spun out of GMod Tower (a server on Garry's Mod.) The game includes a surprisingly deep suite of world-building tools that's been expanding since the game was released - it's now possible to build your dream home, make practically everything in it interactive, fight zombies, throw a party, and go mini-golfing. I've used it to make some pretty cool things.
